Lisanne Van Son worked for many years in the restaurant business as a sommelier.

In March 2017, she decided to follow her dream and started making her own wine, in the Touraine region in the Loire, France.

All her wines are natural, which means that the grapes are organically or biodynamically grown.

In the cellar there are no interventions either.

The wine is made with indigenous yeast and without additives, apart from a very little dose of sulphur before bottling- if the wine requires it- to keep it stable when it travels the world.

In addition to this great project, she also makes wine in South Australia. in the Adelaide Hills.
